Delivery within South Africa

Revive Labs (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter known as Revive) will deliver to your home or office at most urban locations within the Republic of South Africa. Delivery to more remote locations or areas regarded as higher risk by the courier companies may be rejected. In this case, we will email you to let you know and a full refund will be given.

Who delivers your order and where do we deliver?

Revive uses a recognised e-commerce courier platform that, in turn, uses recognised courier service companies for transport logistics and delivery of your order. Nonetheless, the courier platforms and courier services are third parties and Revive cannot guarantee the exact number of days for delivery. Revive processes your order on the same working day it is received. You will receive and email from us with your tracking details for delivery. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or the post office, so it is your responsbility to complete your address details as per the form on our website. The fields to complete include your contact name, cell phone number, email address, street number, street name, complex or apartment name, unit number, city or town, province and postal code.

It is important for you to note that Revive cannot refund an order delivered to an address that was inputted incorrectly. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that address details are accurate.

Delivery Services, Delivery Timelines and Delivery Rates

The following delivery options and rates are provided by Revive:

Orders Over R750:

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
  • Rate: FREE

Overnight Delivery – Not Currently Offered

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Rate: Calculated at checkout. Dependant on location.

Orders up to R750:

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
  • Rate: Single national rate of R85

Overnight Delivery – Not Currently Offered

  • Delivery Timelines: 1-2 business days
  • Rate: Calculated at checkout. Dependant on location.

Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Timelines are calculated from the day of order. For the purpose of tracking delivery timelines, the date of order shall be counted as day 1 for orders placed before 14h00 SA time on business days. If an order is placed on a non-business day, the next business day shall be the start of the timeline period. For orders placed after 14h00, the next business day shall be counted as day 1.

To give customers a practical idea of delivery timelines, orders will generally arrive 1 or 2 working days after disptach in the Cape Town area and surrounding suburbs, 3 or 4 working days for other metro areas in SA and 4 or 5 working days for towns further away from major metro areas. This paragraph provides an indication of the usual delivery timelines and is not a guarantee or binding commitment from Revive.

Important Conditions of Delivery

  • Our couriers deliver only during normal working hours so please ensure a person will be home during working hours to receive your parcel.
  • If there is nobody at your home address during normal working hours, please use your work address.
  • Delivery to remote areas, plots, farms, mines, power stations, and other similar locations may not be feasible, practical or viable for Revive.
  • Special deliveries to embassies or government departments may not be feasible, practical or viable for Revive.
  • Delivery to certain places deemed hijacking hotstpots or security risks may not be feasible, practical or viable for Revive.
  • In all of the above circumstances, or any other circumstaces not mentioned, Revive has the sole right and discretion to decline a delivery, in which case your order will be cancelled and a refund given.
  • Delivery times may differ due to COVID-19.
  • Our couriers follow COVID-19 protocols however Revive is not responsible and does not have control of these polcies, and is not liable for any damage caused or harm done by failure to follow a given policy or for not having an appropriate policy.

 “Click & Collect” Services

Revive does not offer click and collect services at this point in time.

 Important Conditions of Delivery

  • Transfer of ownership to the customer takes place at the point delivery takes place at the address specified during the order process.
  • Revive is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of the products once delivery has taken place.

Timelines for Dispatch

  • Orders are usually dispatched on the same working day if placed before 14h00 and the next working day if placed on or after 14h00.
  • Orders placed on Friday on or after 14:00 will usually be dispatched on Monday morning (Should that Monday not fall on a Public Holiday), however it’s possible that Revive may miss the courier pickup on the day an order is placed even if it was placed before 14h00. In this case the order will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders Lost in Transit

From time to time, orders are misplaced by the courier company. If this happens, Revive will immediately ship another order, while we deal with the courier company that lost the order. Customers will not have to waste time dealing with the courier company that lost the order.
